Victoria Cooper is an experienced project manager and development specialist with a diverse background in technology, digital marketing, and fundraising. Currently serving as IT Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager at Selfreliance Federal Credit Union since August 2019, Victoria previously held the role of Development Manager at both the Kyiv Mohyla Foundation of America and the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art from 2017 to 2023, focusing on fundraising and program development. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Consultant at WITNESS, where Victoria established the Video as Evidence program, and roles at the International Partnership for Human Rights and Astelit that emphasized advocacy, market insights, and customer experience enhancement. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
