Emilio Delgado

Emilio Delgado's work experience began in 2004 as a Webpage developer & assistant for Mercer Accommodation Group Ltd. Emilio then worked as a Visual Basic Programmer for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. In 2006, they joined LA FABRICA - Notodo.com as a Web Developer - Analyst, where they contributed to the development of websites using PHP, HTML, XML, Javascript, MySQL, Ajax, and e-commerce.

From 2010 to 2015, Emilio served as the IT Manager for tilllate.es. Emilio then worked as an Operational Support Developer at WorldStores from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Emilio joined Dunelm as a Senior Software Developer, specializing in NodeJS and Typescript development of cloud-based services using AWS services. Emilio also handled CI/CD using tools like Jenkins and Gitlab, and monitored systems with tools like Datadog, Pagerduty, and Epsagon. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer at Dunelm.

Currently, Emilio is a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Selfridges, starting in November 2022.

Emilio Delgado attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Computer Information Systems. Their field of study included computing, computer science, and information systems. Currently, Emilio is a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems at the same university. Emilio also obtained a certification as a Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University in 2020.
