Rebecca Osei-Baidoo

Rebecca Osei-Baidoo is an experienced professional in the fashion buying industry, currently serving as the Women’s Ready To Wear Buying Manager at Selfridges since May 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Senior Womenswear Buyer at END. from November 2020 to March 2024 and worked as the Buying Manager for Women's Ready to Wear Footwear and Accessories at TSUM Moscow from June 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team of four and organizing fashion events to elevate brand profiles. Earlier experience includes being a Womens Wear Buyer at Browns Fashion, where significant contributions included introducing 45 new brands and establishing a social media presence that attracted a large following, as well as starting at Selfridges as an Assistant Buyer for Womens Designer Wear. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Westminster and a Foundation in Fashion Promotion and Media from the London College of Fashion.
