Scott Lynch

Scott Lynch is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Director of People & Communications at Selfridges since April 2016, Scott has held various communication management titles within the organization, including Director of Communications and Head of Internal Communications. Prior to this, Scott was Group Communications Manager at Selfridges Group from December 2013 to April 2016. Earlier career experiences include a role as Communications Programmes Manager at Burberry and several positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways, culminating as Internal Communications Manager. Scott holds a BA in Politics from the University of York, earned between 2001 and 2004, and completed education at Millfield School.
