Herwig Arvay

Herwig Arvay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Herwig began their career in 1999 as Department Head of Organisation at Selgros Cash&Carry and later became Department Head of Controlling. In 2003, they joined Continental Automotive System as the Department Head of Controlling before returning to Selgros Cash&Carry in 2004. At Selgros Cash&Carry, they held various roles including Head of Internal Audit and currently serves as the CFO. Prior to their professional career, they spent time as a husband and father.

Herwig Arvay attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur. Additionally, in 1997 and 1998, they also studied at the Universität Trier, focusing on BWL.
