Radu Cristian Iancu

Radu Cristian Iancu has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Radu Cristian began their career as a Sales Representative at Aquila Part Prod Com in 1998, where they worked in various positions such as Local Key-Account and Open Market Sales Representative. In 2006, they moved on to Seca Distribution as a Sales Director.

In 2007, Radu joined Heineken Romania as a Zone Sales Manager, responsible for managing the Local Key-Account channel and distributors. Radu Cristian achieved sales targets and played a key role in developing the Local Key-Account project.

From 2010 to 2013, Radu worked at Valvis Holding Distribution as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing sales teams and exploring both HoReCa and Retail distribution channels.

In 2013, Radu joined Blue Coffee Service, initially as a HoReCa Development Manager and later as a Regional Sales Director. Radu Cristian successfully developed the company's customer portfolio, negotiated contracts with new clients, and coordinated sales activities in multiple counties.

From 2015 to 2016, Radu served as the National Sales Director at Vinicola Averesti, leading sales efforts for Crama Averesti.

In 2017, Radu returned to Aquila Part Prod Com as a Coca-Cola Warehouse Manager and later became the Warehouse Logistics Manager. Radu Cristian contributed to the efficient management of warehouse operations.

Most recently, Radu joined Selgros Cash&Carry Romania in 2022 as a Project Manager and Sales and Marketing Specialist, where they are involved in sales and marketing activities.

Throughout their career, Radu demonstrated a strong track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and developing customer portfolios.

Radu Cristian Iancu completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bioterra University, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009. In 2015, they enrolled in Avangarde Business Academy and obtained a degree in Marketing Manager that same year. In 2018, Radu attended the Center for Professional Training and Regional Development to study Safety and Health at Work. In 2022, they briefly attended the Supply Chain Management Center (ARILOG) focused on Logistics - Warehouse Management.
