Romeo MacChini

Romeo Macchini is an accomplished asset manager currently employed at SELI OVERSEAS S.p.A. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Romeo held various positions at Trevi S.p.A. from August 2013 to December 2024, including Asset & Material Manager, Plant & Equipment Manager, Technical Area Manager, and Project Team Leader, contributing to the TTMJ project under the European Horizon 2020 program, which focused on improving milled joints in structural diaphragm walls. Earlier career experience includes the position of Assegnista di ricerca at CIRI Energia e Ambiente - Università di Bologna and an internship at The Wolfson Center for Bulk Solids Handling Technology. Romeo holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed between 2007 and 2012.
