Santiago de Bedout began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Intern at Kimberly-Clark. In 2014, they moved to the role of Marketing & Sales Project Coordinator at the same company. In 2015, Santiago transitioned to Philip Morris International as a Territory Executive. In 2016, they joined Rappi as an Operations Manager Liquor Sales. In 2019, they were promoted to Business Development Manager Paga con Rappi and RappiPay Product Lead. Most recently, in 2020, Santiago founded and became the CEO of Selia, a company dedicated to making therapy accessible and affordable for all Latinos.
Santiago de Bedout attended Roswell High School from 2005 to 2009. Santiago then continued their education at Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing in 2013.
