Eduardo Rull

Eduardo Rull has over 25 years of work experience in the parking industry. Eduardo has held various roles such as Director of Finance and Operations at World Class Parking Systems, Managing Director SW Florida at LAZ Parking, and Area Managing Director at AAA Parking. Eduardo has also worked as a Professional Parking Consultant at Parking Consultants. Prior to that, they were a Property Manager/Fountainbleau and Area Manager at Central Parking System, where they managed parking facilities, budgets, and a large team of employees.

Eduardo Rull has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from Northeastern Illinois University. In 2016, they completed a PMP certification in Project Management at Skill Success. Additionally, in 2017, they completed another PMP certification specifically in PMP (Project Management Program) from Skill Success. In 2015, they also completed a Microsoft Office certification, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher, at Skill Success.
