John Strange

John Strange is an experienced film critic currently affiliated with the North Texas Film Critics Association. With a diverse background in the film and photography industries, John serves as a partner at Selig Polyscope Company, which operates as a boutique agency offering personalized attention to clients. Additional roles include Photography Coordinator for the Texas Black Film Festival, Owner/Photographer of Doc Strange Images, and former Director of Photographers for the DALLAS International Film Festival, where responsibilities included selecting and training photographers. John has also contributed as a photographer for various events such as the Chrysalis Ball and worked as a videographer for REAL REELS Digital Films. Education includes a high school diploma with honors in Computer Science from Skyline High School.
