Siddharth Lele has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Sell.Do since October 2019, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes an Account Manager position at Amura Marketing Technologies and a Client Relationship Manager role at Infinity International Processing Services, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed client relationship management, business development, and operational oversight. Earlier in the career, Siddharth held the position of Team Leader at Wipro, focusing on service delivery, performance metrics, and team training. Siddharth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
