Gordon McNeil

Gordon McNeil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering within the defense and engineering sectors. Currently semi-retired, Gordon has held various significant roles at Sellafield Ltd since June 2010, including Business Leader Value Streams and Integrated Change Programme Manager. Prior to this, Gordon worked at Renault Group as a European Senior Consultant and at BNFL as Head of Business Improvement, among other positions. Gordon's career began with an engineering apprenticeship at Clifton & Baird Machine Tools, followed by roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities included project engineering and management positions. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Science and an ONC & HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering from West College Scotland.
