Lyndsay Bowman

Lyndsay Bowman has over 20 years of experience in training, management, and strategic relationships within various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Relationship Manager at Sellafield Ltd since March 2014, Lyndsay has held multiple positions including Service Delivery Manager for Security and Resilience, and Talent and Leadership Advisor. Previously, Lyndsay worked at The Guinness Partnership as Partnership Training Manager and at BSS as a Helpline Operations Manager and Training Coordinator. Responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs, developing HR policies, implementing performance indicators, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Lyndsay holds a BA(Hons) in European Business and Spanish from the University of Wolverhampton.
