Paul Vallance

Paul Vallance currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Sellafield Ltd since March 2023 and has been the Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority since June 2016. Vallance held the role of Non Executive Director at Magnox Ltd from September 2019 to December 2023 and at DSRL from July 2021 to March 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Communications and Marketing for the Land & Sea Division at Rolls-Royce from June 2014 to April 2016, and various executive roles at Rolls-Royce from 2009 to 2014, including Executive Vice-President for Nuclear. Vallance began a communications career at BNFL, where responsibilities spanned from 2002 to 2008 across multiple leadership positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics & Applied Physics from The University of Nottingham and a brief executive program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in June 2022.
