Simon Ellis

Simon Ellis is an experienced Project Controls Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale decommissioning and infrastructure projects. Currently employed at Sellafield Ltd since March 2014, Simon leads a significant decommissioning project. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Turner & Townsend from August 2011 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing a nuclear decommissioning project on behalf of Sellafield Ltd. Earlier experience includes project planning at Alstom Transport, where Simon oversaw the planning of train modernization and maintenance contracts, and at United Utilities, where Simon held progressive roles including Project Controls Manager, Senior Project Control Engineer, and Contract Analyst, managing various water and wastewater projects. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Manchester, obtained in 1996.
