Nicolò Maria Mannoni has extensive work experience in the cycling industry. Nicolò Maria started their career in 2003 as an intern at UNIFLAIR SPA. In 2004, they became a Sales Coordinator for Piovan spa, responsible for the Mexican branch. Nicolò Maria then joined Selle Royal in 2006 as an Area Manager for North Europe and SE Asia. By 2008, they had become the Global Business Unit Manager for Selle Royal Brand, overseeing sales and marketing. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Business Unit Director for Selle Royal. In 2016, they transitioned to the Selle Royal Group, where they held various roles including Vice President Sales & Marketing, overseeing multiple brands and managing after-market sales clusters in Europe and Asia. As of November 2020, Nicolò holds the position of Vice President Europe at Selle Royal Group.
Nicolò Maria Mannoni attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a laurea degree in economia aziendale.
