Jen Cress

Jen Cress has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jen started their career as a Fish and Invertebrate Husbandry Intern at the Georgia Aquarium in 2010. From there, they worked as an Education Coordinator Assistant at The Center for Wildlife Education and The Lamar Q. Ball Jr. Raptor Center, gaining experience in the field of wildlife education. In 2015, Jen worked as a Primate Zoo Aide at Busch Gardens and as a Biologist at The Florida Aquarium. Jen then transitioned to a role as an AirBnB Training and Quality Lead at Voxpro in 2016. In 2017, Jen became a Zoo Program Specialist at the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government. Most recently, they joined Seller Labs in 2019 as an Account Manager. Throughout their career, Jen has developed a diverse skill set and gained experience in various roles within the aquarium, zoo, and hospitality industries.

Jen Cress completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology at The University of Georgia from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various fields. Jen received a Master Microsoft Excel certification from LinkedIn in November 2019. Jen has also acquired certifications such as Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI, Amazon Advertising Accreditation from Amazon, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross, and Scientific Aquarium Diver from the Divers Alert Network.
