Menno Gottmer has worked in various roles in the tech and e-commerce industries since 2012. In 2012, they were a Content Editor at 8elements, a leading mobile content provider and renowned games specialist in Asia Pacific. Menno was responsible for business-to-business acquisition, updating the website catalogues with new content, and testing games and applications on various mobile devices. In 2014, they worked as a Publicist & Analyst at BrandNewGame, a company that developed games to achieve marketing goals. Menno's responsibilities included writing and publishing blog posts, doing research on the scientific validity of BrandNewGame’s products and methods, facilitating GameStorm sessions, and participating in game concept development for various customers. In 2015, they were a Customer Service Manager at Noshirt, an e-commerce company that sells ‘invisible’ men’s underwear. Menno's responsibilities included managing customer service, copywriting, and testing and optimizing the website’s functionalities. In 2016, they worked as an Online Marketer at Vergelijk.nl, an independent company that manages multiple comparison websites under various brand names. Menno's responsibilities included managing and optimizing dozens of Adwords and Bing accounts for the labels Vergelijk.nl and Vergelijk.be. Menno also worked as a Growth Hacking Student at The Talent Institute and as a Growth Hacker at eyeOpen.nl, a FinTech Startup that sells online mortgage advise using smart technologies. Since 2017, they have been a Technical Project Manager at Wolfpack DCS, a company that develops smart software solutions that make omnichannel retailing simpler and better. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at both FBA Due Diligence and SellerPlex. At SellerPlex, their responsibilities include managing the team, handling account admin, supply chain, content, marketing and finance needs, and ensuring the best results for clients. At FBA Due Diligence, their responsibilities include helping buyers make better purchases.

Menno Gottmer obtained a Vwo from Het Streek Bovenbuurtweg in 2002-2008. Menno then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theatre, Film and Television Studies at Utrecht University from 2009-2013. Following this, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in New Media & Digital Culture from Utrecht University in 2013-2015. In 2016, they attended B. Startup School Amsterdam for Growth Hacking - The Talent Institute. Additionally, they obtained the Invest In Your Leaders certification from Meeting Leadership Inc in August 2021, the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2016, and the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in January 2016.
