Eric Lai

Eric Lai is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Asia at SellerX since November 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held positions such as Senior Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Plaza Premium Group and Associate in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. Eric has also worked as the APAC People Manager at OnTheList and served in various roles at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, including Assistant Manager at the Corporate Office and Human Resources Officer. Eric's career commenced as a Learning Assistant at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from HKBU School of Business.
