Meghan E. began their career at Herff Jones in 2005 as a Customer Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for customer account management for ~200 accounts between 7 dedicated sales representatives, as well as serving as a liaison between sales, customers, and plant production teams. Meghan also provided overall customer support in areas of order details, billing inquiries, and gathering needed assets for keeping within production deadlines. Meghan then moved into the role of Print Production Lead, where they co-led the production department to ensure production goals were met, assisted with quality control concerns, and coordinated communication of needed assets by department to customer account managers. Meghan also had a working knowledge of all production departments and was able to assist in when needed. In 2012, Meghan joined SellEthics Marketing Group as a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst and later an Analytics & Insights Analyst. In this role, they pulled and analyzed syndicated data - Nielsen, IRI, SPINS; Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and interpreted data from various angles to create purpose-driven selling stories for clients and retailer specific category reviews. Meghan also discussed goals/concerns/opportunities with clients to direct focus of data leverage.

Meghan E. earned an Associates of Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes between 2002 and 2004.
