Holly Johnston

Holly Johnston has a diverse and extensive work experience. Holly is currently the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Blue Water Leadership, where they provide business consulting and organizational development services. Holly founded this company in 2019.

In 2021, Johnston became a Managing Director and Chief Engagement Officer at Sellside Group, LLC. This company focuses on helping business owners and management teams grow the value of their businesses.

Holly also holds the role of Certified Nonflict Coach at Million Peacemakers since 2022. Million Peacemakers trains individuals worldwide in conflict resolution using their Nonflict methodology.

Johnston is involved as a Founding Board Member of the Southern California Chapter of the Private Directors Association®, starting from 2021.

Holly'scareer also includes the role of Executive Vice President at the Industry Education Council of California from 1993 to 1995.
