Colin McConarty

Colin McConarty currently serves as a teacher at Selma City Schools since July 2021, having also held a teaching position at the same institution from August 2013 to August 2015. Between these roles, Colin worked as a Graduate Fellow at the Clough Center for Constitutional Democracy from May 2018 to May 2019 and as a Teaching Tolerance Fellow at the Southern Poverty Law Center from October 2017 to January 2018. Colin earned a Ph.D. in History from Boston College, completing the degree in May 2021, and also holds an M.A. in History from the same institution, obtained in May 2017, along with a B.A. in History, awarded in May 2013.
