Niels van der Plas has accumulated experience in various engineering roles at companies such as Selmers, Oostingh Staalbouw BV, and Heerema Marine Contractors. Niels also completed a traineeship at Rutec Engineering and Frames. Niels holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
