Sessego Paul has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sessego most recently served as the Chief Digital Officer at SELP since November 2019. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Ferteam Network at FERTEAM, starting in November 2019 as well. From October 2018 to November 2019, Sessego worked as the Atlantic 2021 Program Manager at SNCF Réseau. Sessego also worked at SNCF, where they held the position of Coal and Steel Business Unit Freight Director from December 2013 to November 2019. Before that, they were the CEO of iDTGV from September 2011 to November 2013. Sessego's career at SNCF dates back to 1996, where they held various roles including Business Unit Director, Site Manager of TGV maintenance Plant, Program Manager for the CEO, Operations Control Center Site Manager, Operations Service Manager, Internal Consultant, and Research Project Manager. Prior to joining SNCF, they worked as a Consultant at Altran from April 1994 to March 1996, and as a Test Engineer and Commercial at Alphatem from September 1992 to March 1994.

Sessego Paul has a diverse education history. In 1987, they started pursuing a M.Sc. Engineering degree at École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, which they completed in 1990. Following that, they attended Instistut Européen des Entrepreneurs from 1990 to 1991 to obtain a Master's degree in business and management. Later in 2008, Sessego Paul attended London Business School for the ADP program, although the field of study is unspecified.
