SELVAAG is a Norwegian company which during the last 60 years has built over 50.000 residences in Oslo and the surrounding areas. 

SELVAAG also has operations in a range of housing related businesses through subsidiary companies in Norway, USA, and many European countries. 

Some 500 people are employed by SELVAAG and the group has recorded total assets of about NOK 4,5 billion with an adjusted shareholders equity of 45 percent. 

SELVAAG is still a privately owned company through the 2nd and 3rd generation of the Selvaag family. 

The value creation in SELVAAG is mainly based on a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial real estate and land plots combined with being a contractor and builder in residential projects as well as other pioneering efforts
