Mona Hagejordet has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Leder kundesenter at Selvaag Bolig since February 2022. Prior to this, Mona held the position of Leder kontaktsenter at Konsentra AS from August 2020 to February 2022, where responsibility included both strategic and operational management of the contact center. Mona's career at Posten Norge AS spanned from August 1997 to August 2020, culminating in the role of Avdelingsleder Kundeservice, overseeing a department of approximately 30 employees while managing staffing and operational efficiencies. Additional roles included a Sales Representative, focusing on both inside sales and customer outreach, along with various part-time positions within Posten/Bring during studies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of honors in International Marketing and Management from BI Norwegian Business School, supplemented by international studies at London South Bank University and Leeds Metropolitan University.
