Hasan Kassem

Hasan Kassem has a diverse range of work experience. Hasan started their career as a Senior Arabic Linguistic Expert at the Scientific and Research Television Institute (MNITI) from January 2019 to August 2019, where they played a crucial role in equipping artificial intelligence with the ability to recognize sentence tones and identify sentence entities. Hasan then joined the Higher School of Economics as a Geopolitical Intelligence Researcher from October 2019 to December 2022, conducting extensive research in the field. Hasan also worked as a Senior Editor of the English Editorial and later became the Head of the Middle East Division at NEWS Media Agency from July 2021 to December 2021 and from January 2022 onwards respectively. Concurrently, they served as an International Energy Relations Expert at the Ministry of Energy in 2021. Recently, Hasan joined Semantic Hub as the Regional External Communications Officer for the MENA region in September 2022.

Hasan Kassem completed their Bachelor's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the Higher School of Economics between the years 2017 and 2022.
