Diane B (ICP-ACC, SASM, PSM)

Diane B is an ICP-ACC, SASM, and PSM with a wide range of experience. Diane began their career in 2013 at KPMG US as a Tax/Audit Associate. In 2014, they moved to Stone Pine Accounting Services as a Project Manager and in 2015, they took on the role of Scrum Master. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Scrum Master at Gen II Fund Services, where they worked with the Business Product Owners to develop the Product Vision and the Product Road Map. Most recently, in 2022, they began work as a Scrum Master at SemanticBits. Throughout their roles, Diane has facilitated daily scrum ceremonies, coached and supported the Product Owner, assisted with multi-site Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) quick starts and Release Train launches, maintained metrics to provide visibility to stakeholders, and contributed to the advancement and improvement of Agile best practices within organizations.

Diane B has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Göttingen and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from University of Buea. Diane is currently in the process of obtaining certifications in Agile Coaching from ICAgile (expected to be obtained in September 2022), Certified SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum.org, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation, ICAgile Certified Professional - Enterprise Agile Coaching, and SAFe Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Diane has also obtained certifications in Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 1 Projects, Boards, and Issues, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, Becoming an Agile Coach, and Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master from LinkedIn, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management from LinkedIn.
