Jeff Stoner attended Westminster High School from 1982 to 1986, graduating with a High School degree in General Studies. Jeff then went on to Carroll Community College from 1994 to 1996, studying CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. In addition, Jeff has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional in 1999, Siebel 7.7 Certified Professional in 2006, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2010, and ICAgile Certified Professional in 2015.
