Aaron Billingsley has extensive experience in technical support, beginning with roles as TSE II at both OpenText and Dell EMC from July 2012 to February 2017 and January 2017, respectively. Following that, Aaron transitioned to inContact, where a position as TSE II was held from June 2017 to April 2019, before progressing to Technical Support Engineer III at NICE inContact from April 2019 to October 2023. Currently, Aaron serves as a Technical Support Associate at Semarchy since July 2025.
