Semarchy

Josh leads service delivery operations at Semarchy, and is responsible for Onboarding, Customer Success, Expert Services and Customer Support.  Josh has nearly 20 years of experience in service delivery operations and has held senior leadership roles for several enterprise software companies.

Steve has been in the Data Management space throughout his career and is a specialist in opening European markets. Steve is in charge of implementing and executing Semarchy’s EMEA direct & indirect sales strategy and accelerating growth.

Steve Van Den Berg

TH Herbert is the Chief Executive Officer of Semarchy. He has an extensive history and experience in Enterprise Software Technologies across Sales, Services, Technical, and Executive Management.

Prior to joining Semarchy, TH held various executive and sales leadership positions in International Technology organizations. He was Senior Vice President of Sales for AST Corporation, a large System Integration Firm, as well as Head of Operations in Australia, APAC, and Europe. TH has also previously worked as the CIO of Profitline a Telecom Services Company in San Diego, several startups, and spent over 7 years at Siebel and Oracle prior to that.

Thorwald Herbert

Arthur has responsibility for the Company's financial and administrative operations.  He has substantial executive experience with growth-oriented technology companies in healthcare, medical device and software and services. 

Prior to joining Semarchy, Arthur was the CFO of TearFilm which was acquired by Alcon/Novartis, was the CFO and member of the founding management team of MD Revolution, and previous to that was the CFO of EMD Biosciences division of Merck KGaA.  Arthur is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co in Washington DC.

 

Arthur Roke

Matthew leads the sales teams across the Americas, and is responsible for new client acquisition as well as upsell opportunities for existing clients. Matthew has more than 18 years in IT Sales and a background in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Virginie is French but she grew up in Asia where she lived until she was 17.

She graduated from the French business school, EDHEC. She has been working in HR for more than 15 years, holding positions in recruitment firms, consulting firms, and finally, software companies. She is now Semarchy’s HR Business & Talent Leader.

She is a mother of 2 and has a passion for traveling but also loves hiking on weekends in the Lyon region countryside, where she currently lives.

Virginie Moizan

Arnaud currently leads the Semarchy Data Integration R&D organization since the Stambia acquisition. Prior to that position, Arnaud was the Chief Software Architect for xDM, from the very first day. Prior to that, he was the principal member of the technical staff at Oracle for Oracle Data Integrator. Before Oracle, he was a software engineer at Synopsis.

Sébastien Arod is the Chief Technology Officer at [Semarchy](/org/semarchy). Prior to joining [Semarchy](/org/semarchy), they were a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle from 2007 to 2010. Before Oracle, Arod worked as an R&D Engineer at Sunopsis from 2005 to 2007 and at INSERM from 2003 to 2005. Arod has over 17 years of experience in the software engineering field.

Sébastien Arod graduated from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon with a degree in computer science.

Herve Chapron is the VP and General Manager of EMEA at [Semarchy](/org/semarchy). Prior to joining [Semarchy](/org/semarchy), they served as the Senior Director of EMEA System Integrators Alliances at [Qlik](/org/qlik) from March 2009 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leveraging [Qlik](/org/qlik)'s partnership with System Integrators to help Enterprise Accounts deploy [Qlik](/org/qlik)'s data integration and analytics platform, develop their data culture (data literacy), accelerate their digital transformation, improve business performance, and get quick ROI.

From October 2007 to November 2008, Chapron served as Sales Manager at Yseop. Yseop is a software vendor that developed the first intelligent text generator in French and English. Prior to Yseop, Chapron was Sales Manager at Oslo Software from January 2005 to August 2007. Oslo is a leading software vendor in the area of dynamic resources management.

Chapron began their career in Business Intelligence in 1996, when they became the Business Intelligence Manager at Keyrus. Herve held this position until 2004, when they became the Southern Europe Indirect Sales Manager at Data General. Herve held this position until 1995.

Herve Chapron studied sales and marketing at the Normandy Business School before completing a graduate degree in business, administration, and finance at the EM Normandie Business School in 1984.

François-Xavier “FX” Nicolas is responsible for all aspects of the success of [Semarchy](/org/semarchy) products from specification through to introducing them to the market.

FX was Principal Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Middleware, in charge of the data integration product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, he was Product Manager at Sunopsis.

François-Xavier Nicolas

Vaibhav graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU). With 15 years of experience in Data Integration and Management, he is responsible for managing Semarchy’s India office and is a part of the Technical Services team driving high-quality support worldwide.

Iris Houlihan is responsible for operational efficiency at Semarchy.

She joined Semarchy as Director of Finance and Operations in 2019. Prior to Semarchy, Iris held various Senior Management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently she was Director of Global Operations at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals.

Iris has three grown children and loves spending time with her numerous rescue pets (including 1 horse) and goes riding on weekends.
