Gladys Chang

Gladys Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and project facilities management. Currently serving as a Manager at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since July 2023, Gladys has previously held roles as a Senior Contract Manager at PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, and JTC Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in contract and project oversight.
