Lay May Leow

Lay May Leow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy transition strategy and public policy. Currently serving as the Head of Energy Transition Strategy at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Lay May Leow previously held various leadership positions within the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, including Vice President and multiple directorships focused on energy and climate change. Additional roles include serving as Director of Strategic Planning and Policy Division at the Ministry of Law and holding positions at the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Lay May Leow holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
