Tom Chen

Tom Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Sembcorp China since June 2013, Tom has previously held significant roles, including General Manager and Project Director at Aqualyng-BEWG Caofeidian Desalination Co from 2009 to May 2013, and Engineering & Operations Manager at Swire Environmental Services from 2008 to 2009. Prior to these positions, Tom was involved in operations and engineering at Thames Water/China Water Company from 2001 to 2008 and served as a Senior Engineer at Wong's Circuits from 1995 to 2001. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from The University of Auckland.
