We Lin Kerk is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources (Urban) for Integrated Urban Solutions at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since August 2025. Prior to this role, We Lin Kerk held various HR positions at Keppel Data Centres and Keppel Ltd., including HR Business Partner and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed HR advisory, talent sourcing strategies, and recruitment policy alignment. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior HR Generalist at Eaton Industries and Senior HR Executive at S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, with a foundation in corporate social responsibility and communications from Mitsui Chemicals Group. We Lin Kerk holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Murdoch University and the National University of Singapore, respectively.
