Evhenia Kyrylenko has worked in various roles since 2010. Evhenia began as an Interpreter while self-employed in 2010. In 2016, they became a Massage Therapist at a Spa. In 2018, they worked as a Massage Therapist at OneSpaWorld. In 2019, they were a SPA Guest Service Agent at OZEN by Atmosphere at Maadhoo. Currently, they are a Customer Support Specialist at Powow AI, where they are responsible for responding to and supporting client issues, working closely with clients to understand points of “delight” and areas of weakness in existing product offering, enhancing and developing guides and materials to help clients easily learn to use the product, and performing comparative analysis among competitive product options.
