Tomasz Kowalski

Tomasz Kowalski is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Sembot since June 2025, Tomasz has also been a co-owner of Iseno since March 2016. Previous roles include Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Miinto from February 2022 to August 2025, and CTO at e-ux.pro from October 2018 to January 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Architect Developer at E Net Production and Architect Developer roles at IncredBots and Evenea. With a foundation in backend development at IT SAFETY and PMQ.PL, and software development at GoldenSubmarine, Tomasz holds an Engineer degree in IT from Akademia Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni and a Technic degree in Logistics from Transport Technical School in Gdynia.
