Joseph Ferguson

Joe Ferguson is an Investment Partner with Charter School Growth Fund. In this role, Joe provides investment and management support to a portfolio of high-performing charter school networks across the country. The Charter School Growth Fund identifies the best charter schools, funds their expansion, and helps to increase their impact. To date, CSGF has funded the growth of over 110 charter networks that serve over 500,000 students in 1,075 schools across 31 states. Prior to Joe becoming an Investor Partner, Joe served as an Executive in Residence with CSGF and delivered strategic support and differentiated coaching to senior education leaders.

Joe holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and dual undergraduate degrees in Strategic Management and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Engineering School, respectively. Joe is also an alumnus of the Broad Residency in Urban Education and is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow.
