Debbra Keener

Debbra Keener, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at FlaktGroup SEMCO since May 2022. Prior to this role, Debbra was self-employed with Flattop Lawncare from June 2021 to May 2022. Debbra has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources from a long tenure at Missouri Employers Mutual, where responsibilities included Employee Relations Manager, Manager of Human Resources, and HR Coordinator from February 2007 to May 2021.
