Rob MacDonald, a CPA, CGA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, IT & PMO at Semex. With a background in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, Rob has held various roles such as Business Controller, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Analyst at previous companies like Manulife Financial and USG. Prior to that, Rob gained experience as a Senior Cost Accountant at USG and an Accountant at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. Rob also has a background in operations and production from their time at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Rob holds an Honours BBA in Accounting and Information Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
