David Liao

David Liao is currently a partner at SemFin. Prior to this, they worked as a senior enterprise planning consultant and CPA at Deltek Inc from October 2005 to March 2010. Before that, they were a manager at BroadPoint Technologies from February 2005 to September 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a manager at Grant Thornton from August 1998 to February 2005.

David Liao attended American University's Kogod School of Business, where they studied finance. David then attended Nankai University in China. After that, they attended several other schools.
