From 2020 to 2022, Frank worked at Cycle Union GmbH, first as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Prophete-Group & Cycle Union. Later, they became the Chief Commercial Officer at Cycle Union, overseeing the strategic future of the company's brand portfolio.

Before that, they joined ASSOS of Switzerland GmbH as the Chief Commercial Officer in 2017. There, they initiated digital transformation and redefined commercial growth, implementing an e-commerce platform, CRM system, and omnichannel distribution system.

Frank Simon Aeschbacher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales Management from SAWI in 1994. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales Coordination from SAWI in 1990. Frank Simon later pursued Executive Management and Business Education at the University of Zurich, completing it in 2000.
