Elton Rivas

Elton Rivas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elton is currently the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Semi Exact Manufacturing since 2021. The company offers metal fabrication and engineering services on-demand for select partners globally.

In 2020, Elton co-founded Semi Exact, a marketplace for DIY furniture, with the goal of making it easy for anyone to make or remake furniture.

Prior to that, Elton served as a Board Member for Together Washington in 2019, participating in their initiatives.

In 2016, they co-founded DIY Hairpin Legs, a company that specializes in manufacturing furniture components such as hairpin legs and shelf brackets.

Elton also worked as a Partner at Prota Ventures, a venture-building and early-stage investment firm, from 2016 onwards. Elton helped develop the Startup Rocket framework and supported entrepreneurs in bringing new ideas to life.

Before this, Elton operated as the CEO and Co-Founder of Zero Confines from 2010 to 2013. The company provided consulting services on go-to-market strategies and launches for clients.

Lastly, Elton was a Business Advisory Board Member for UNF SIFE from 2006 to 2012. This organization focused on free market enterprise leadership and talent development.
