Shari Liss

Shari Liss is an experienced leader in education and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of the SEMI Foundation since August 2019. Under Shari’s leadership, the foundation has developed strategic plans and innovative fundraising strategies, raising over $3.5 million and expanding initiatives to support workforce development and diversity in the semiconductor industry. Prior to SEMI, Shari was the CEO of Ignited, overseeing business operations and significantly enhancing STEM education programs for over 125,000 students. Shari has held various educational roles, including course developer and math teacher, and possesses a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University at Albany, SUNY.
