Patience Tommy

Patience Tommy has been working in the field since 2012. Patience began their career as a Product Manager at KRYSTAL DIGITAL NETWORKS SOLUTIONS, where they were responsible for developing a rapport with new clients, managing existing clients, and developing documentation for product upgrades, user, and training guides. Patience then moved on to become the Client Relations Manager/Team Supervisor, where they were responsible for ensuring the continuous satisfaction of clients with the company's services and supervising and managing the deployment of myskool portal solutions and the school's website in Federal Unity Colleges. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at Semicolon since 2019.

Patience Tommy has obtained a Product Management Certificate from ProductDive in 2021, a B.Tech Applied Geophysics from Federal University of Technology Akure between 2005 and 2010, and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in October 2021.
