Dr. Timur Werner

Dr. Timur Werner is an accomplished leader in product development and engineering within the automotive and electronic systems sectors, currently serving as the Head of Product Development Solutions Division and VP Product Development for Automotive Systems at Semikron Danfoss since March 2021. Previously, Dr. Werner held significant roles including Global Head of eAxle Systems Engineering at Schaeffler from January 2019 to February 2021, and Head of Powertrain Engineering at Valeo Siemens eAutomotive from December 2016 to December 2018. Earlier in the career, Dr. Werner gained expertise as Head of Platform Architecture Modeling & System Simulation at Siemens from August 2013 to November 2016, and as Lead Engineer for Advanced Development, focusing on Power Electronics and Electric Drives Control. Dr. Werner earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Leibniz Universität Hannover, completing studies in July 2013.
