Yanfeng Shen

Yanfeng (Jan) Shen is a seasoned power electronics engineer with extensive experience in R&D for SiC MOSFET power modules, having held senior positions at Semikron Danfoss and Danfoss Silicon Power. Current work at Semikron Danfoss focuses on the stability modeling and optimization of multi-chip SiC power modules. Previous roles included significant contributions to automotive SiC MOSFET power modules, advanced testing, and characterizing technologies for electric vehicle traction inverters at the University of Cambridge. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Power Electronics from Aalborg University and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Yanshan University. Expertise encompasses stability modeling, design optimization, spice modeling, and innovative solutions for enhancing the performance and reliability of power electronic systems.
