Arun Deep

Arun Deep has extensive work experience in the technology field. Arun is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Semine, an intelligent platform for automation, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Unit4 as an Engineering Director for the People Platform domain, contributing to the success of Unit4's flagship ERP system from 2021 to 2023. Arun also served as the CTO for Unit4 Time and Expenses from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for the development of the application and leading innovation processes.

Before joining Unit4, Arun worked as an R&D Manager and Principal Software Engineer at Unit4 from 2016 to 2018. Arun was technical responsible for the travel and expense management system, which was chosen for global launch. Arun started their career at Unit4 Current Software as a Software Architect, involved in the development of the company's product portfolio and responsible for system design and migration.

Prior to their tenure at Unit4, Arun worked at Digimaker as the CTO/Product Manager, establishing and operating a branch office in Bangalore, India. Arun also served as a Senior Software Developer, leading the development of the Digimaker CMS product.

Throughout their career, Arun has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and leadership skills, leading development teams and contributing to the success of various technology companies.

Arun Deep completed their Executive MBA from the University of Agder (UiA) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a B. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Arun Deep has obtained several certifications, including Blockchain Basics and Blockchain: Beyond the Basics from LinkedIn in May 2022, Software Architecture: Breaking a Monolith into Microservices from LinkedIn in December 2021, DevOps Foundations: Transforming the Enterprise from LinkedIn in November 2021, and various other certifications from LinkedIn related to artificial intelligence, team management, and strategic thinking. Arun Deep also holds a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification, although the specific date of attainment is unavailable.
