Donald J. Romine

Donald Romine joined Web Industries in 1973 after attending the Florida Institute of Technology where he received a degree in Oceanographic Technology. At that time, Web Industries was but five years old, comprised of one manufacturing facility with 25 employees. Web Industries’ founder had set out to build a contract manufacturing company focused on converting technology for flexible materials.

Equally important was an unwavering commitment to strong values. The company set out to establish a culture that measures success by building healthy relationships, serving customers with excellent performance and respecting the inherent worth of individuals.
