Aniel Bonachea

Aniel Bonachea, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2003, Aniel served in the US Army as a Special Operations MOB/DEMOB NCOIC. In this role, they were responsible for the deployment, mobilization, re-deployment, and demobilization of soldiers, managing various additional duties. In 2004, Aniel transitioned into the civilian sector as a Recruiter for Seminole Casino Hollywood, where they facilitated hiring for various positions and managed the recruitment process. They continued to work for Seminole casinos, holding positions such as Human Resources Manager at Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood and Director of Human Resources at Seminole Casino Immokalee. Currently, Aniel holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Seminole Casino Coconut Creek.

Aniel Bonachea, SPHR completed their high school education at Miami Springs Senior High School from 1998 to 2002. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Dental Hygiene at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2002 to 2005. During the same period, they also obtained a Diploma in Preventive Dentistry from AMEDD (Armed Forces Medical School).
